Nutrition SPECIALIST on Hormonal Health and fitness

Paola Daleska Hernandez is a holistic nutritionist and fitness coach specializing in menstrual cycle sync nutrition, exercise, and PCOS management. With a background in sports nutrition and exercise physiology, she is passionate about helping others reclaim their energy and balance through a personalized, whole-body approach.

She is the founder of Right Balance, a wellness program that blends nutrition, mindfulness, and movement. Paola has led this program in corporate settings like Peloton and Exos, and has also created accessible nutrition workshops for community shelters, focusing on low-income and underserved populations.

Currently, she is developing an automated nutrition system rooted in hormonal balance, cycle syncing, and gentle detox practices—designed to support women in both short- and long-term health goals.

Born and raised in Venezuela, Paola is now pursuing her master’s degree at Teachers College, Columbia University. Her mission is to empower others—especially women and refugees—by using nutrition, movement, and lifestyle education as tools to prevent disease and build lasting health.
